We want everyone to go away from our programmes with new insight and practical tools and approaches that can be applied to your organisation.  

If you don’t feel that your training has been useful or if you are dissatisfied  in any way, please contact Brendan or Jo within 14 days of the course. We will be happy to discuss a way forward which may include additional support (free of charge) or a full/part refund.

Booking and Payment

Payment is required in advance of the course start date. You can make payment by cheque, or by BACS. If payment has not been received by the course start date, we may not be able to let you join the course.

When you book your course you will be sent an invoice and to avoid any disappointment we recommend you pay promptly.

A place on the training course is confirmed once registration has been received and payment has been made.

Cancellations and Transfers

If you need to cancel your booking:

• More than 14 calendar days before the course start date: you may either:
  • receive a full refund; or
  • transfer your booking to another available course date at no additional charge.
• Within 14 calendar days of the course start date: the full course fee remains payable and no refund will be provided.
• If you have signed up to the Internet Leadership programme and started any part of your Social Styles report prior to cancellation you will be required to pay £130 to cover the cost of purchase and administration regardless of timescale. The only exception to this is if you are deferring to a later programme.     

Any requests to cancel or transfer must be made in writing by email.

Delegate Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute delegate to attend in your place at no additional cost, provided we receive notice before the course begins. The exception to this is the Intent Leadership programme where the Social Styles Report has already been completed. 

Non-Attendance

Failure to attend the course without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and the full course fee will remain payable.

Course Changes and Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to change course dates, venues, trainers, or course content where necessary. If we cancel a course, delegates will be offered either:

• a full refund; or
• a transfer to an alternative course date.

Our liability is limited to the course fee paid.

Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the course.

Data Protection

Any personal information provided during registration will be used solely for administering the course and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
