Our retention periods are:

• Training records – kept in our LMS for ten years, so that your training record is available to you should you need it in future.
• Email marketing – if you have opted in but do not open an email from us for two years, we automatically delete your data. 
• Financial records – kept for seven years, in line with HMRC requirements.

Your rights

Under UK data protection legislation, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request that information be deleted where appropriate, and object to certain types of processing.
