Expert coaching programmes

We want everyone to go away from our coaching programmes with new insight and practical tools and approaches that can be applied to your organisation.
Before you commit to your coaching programme we always conduct a short no cost ‘get to know you discussion’ to ensure your coach is a good fit for you. This is free of charge and is an opportunity for you to ask questions about coaching and also share what you may be looking for from your coach.
Our tested approach is to suggest an initial 6-session programme of coaching, however if at any stage you feel that the coaching is not adding value, or you are dissatisfied in any way, please let your coach know straight away. We will be happy to discuss a way forward which may include a change of coach or a full/part refund.
2. Booking and Payment
Payment for the 6 session programme is required in advance of your first coaching session. You can make payment by cheque, or by BACS. If payment has not been received by the date of the first session, we need to cancel or postpone the coaching
When you book your coaching programme you will be sent an invoice, and to avoid any disappointment we recommend you pay promptly.
Your coaching programme is confirmed once registration has been received and payment has been made.
3.Cancellations and Transfers
We appreciate that things can get in the way and sometimes plans change. Our approach will always be as flexible as we can, however we also need to ensure we can provide opportunities to as many people. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 24 hours notice - Option to reschedule the session
- Less than 24 hours notice - Full payment for the session
Any requests to cancel or transfer must be made in writing by email to your coach.
5. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a session without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and the session fee will remain payable.
6. Cancellation by Us
If your coach is unable to attend your session, perhaps due to illness or unexpected emergency, coachees will be offered an alternative time.
Our liability is limited to the course fee paid.
7. Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the coaching.
8. Data Protection
Any personal information provided during your coaching session will be used solely for the purposes of coach reflections and reminders and are retained in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
